Our Journey So Far

Atsur is at the forefront of revolutionizing the African art market. Our mission is to create a transparent, secure, and inclusive ecosystem that empowers artists, delights collectors, and preserves the rich tapestry of African culture.

Since our inception in April 2023, we've made significant strides. Key to our journey has been strategic partnerships and participation in pivotal industry events. Collaborations with industry leaders like Kuuru Art Space and our active involvement in platforms such as AfriLabs have been instrumental in shaping Atsur's trajectory.

AfriLabs, a pan-African network of innovation hubs, provided us with a platform to connect with a vibrant ecosystem of entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers. Our participation in the AfriLabs Annual Gathering in Kigali, 2023 was a highlight, as was our earlier involvement in the Art Tech Lagos event. These experiences were invaluable in refining our product and gaining insights into the African tech landscape.

Our journey was further enriched by the Celo Accelerator program. The mentorship and support we received were instrumental in shaping our product-market fit and fine-tunning our technology strategy.

The core of Atsur is our blockchain technology, which addresses critical challenges in the art market such as authenticity, provenance, and equitable revenue distribution. We're excited to announce that our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is nearing completion, marking a significant milestone in our journey.

Atsur is more than just a platform; we are a movement, and we’re committed to fostering a thriving African art ecosystem where creativity flourishes and artists are rewarded for their talent.

Stay tuned for our official launch and join us in shaping the future of African art.
